This two storey, semi detached townhouse in Newport-on-Tay, Fife, was renovated and extended in 2025/26. Additional space was created via a contemporary first floor extension clad with zinc, while existing internal spaces were reorganised and refurbished, to create a modern home, with open and modern spaces within the old stone and slate fabric.
The final touches are being put on this building at present and we will be presenting an extended feature on this building in the coming months.
